POV Video

Walking through Times Square 12/30/2009 From the subway, to my favorite bar to pick up passes for tomorrow and back to the subway. Unedited very bumpy but this is what it's like if you got off on the Subway and fought through the pre - New Years' crowd. The POV (point of view) video will make you feel like you were there. Full screen this baby and imagine yourself walking through the heart of the big apple filled with excited tourists anticipating the big night.

Ten years ago I was walking around Times Square wide eyed in wonder preparing to bring in the new Millennium as a tourist from Florida. Now I am a New Yorker in my fifth year in Manhattan. An hour ago I jumped off the subway in Times Square to get passes from my favorite bar for tomorrow's festivities. Even though I probably won't go - you never know. Anyway I broke out my new Flip HD camera and recorded the walk through TS. It's unedited because I have to get some sleep before another long day but maybe you'll find it interesting. From the subway, through the square, to the bar and back again.
